Always hungry but ...

17 weeks today, when I’m hungry I just eat a little bit but stomach feel very tight. Is this normal? ?

I had bad migraine.

Sometime during the day I had bad headache like very very bad bad Tylenol not helping at all. I do have my migraine pill but everyone said it’s dangerous for the baby. Can anyone tell me what should I take rather than Tylenol? Thank you ??
