Trying for baby no.2

Has been trying to conceive for a few months but always disappointing 😞. Track my fertility n ovulation period and had intercourse but still no good news. Any tips ? #advicepls

I'm no expert but try to relax and don't stress about it. It will happen. Also, consult with your ob-gyne for further tips and advice.

Pregnant second trimester

I sometimes feels pain at my lower abdominal is it normal? Or is it urine infection? But i did vaginal discharge test before is healthy or doesnt it even link? How to test for urine infection?

urine test can go GP to test. May be round ligament pain

Long hrs pain after HSG test.

Is it normal to be still in pain for more than 10hrs + taken panadol extra for 3x after HSG test.

Hi Serene, that sounds awful! If the pain persisted and you’re still feeling it now, I think it’s best you visit the gynae.

Should I test? Or wait a little longer?

So my last period was on 15 April. My expected period was suppose to be on 12/13 May. Was already experiencing tender breasts symptoms the week before I had my first covid vaccine jab on 11 May. Til today, my period has yet to come. On top of tender boobs, I'm also experiencing cramps, bloating, acne breakout, dizziness, nausea. I read somewhere that the vaccine might cause delay of period... Is this true?? I'm really torn. I'm afraid to take the test to see a negative again. My husband & I have been trying for 3.5years, seeked professional help & tried our best...

I want to get pregnant! Help!!

My firstborn is 2+ now and I have been trying to get pregnant since a year ago but to no avail. Any advice for me increase my chances of getting pregnant? I am turning 38 soon and I’m really eager to conceive. Please help.

Hi, I would suggest you and partner to do fertility check again. Once cleared, if no issue, u May try tcm( acupuncture). Start healthy diet and lifestyle.!☺️ use ovulation strips to track your ovulation days! Do not stress. 💪

Tumeric root & curcumin

I had a miscarriage and was recommended to take tumeric root extract to recover from the bleeding. Been taking it for slightly more than a month and now trying to conceive again. Anyone knows if taking tumeric root & curcumin hinder pregnancy chances?

I have read somewhere that turmeric and curcumin may cause changes in your uterine lining. To be on the safe side, I would speak to a gynae if it’s advisable to continue. I think having turmeric in food is ok, but I personally wouldn’t risk taking supplements.

TTC and COVID-19 vaccine

Hi, is it fully safe ttc and while unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated yet? The recommended period to start ttc is 1 month after the 2nd dose but I would like to know if there’s anyone who is ttc while still on the 1st dose or just finished their 2nd dose? I would like to hear your thoughts pls as I’m ttc but not sure if the vaccine would be safe for this period?

This advisory has changed. There’s no evidence that the vaccine affects fertility. It’s safe and you don’t have to avoid pregnancy or attempts to conceive. I know of several women who got pregnant in between doses and their pregnancy is fine. (i work in healthcare)

Hi! Is it safe to conceive after taking covid vaccine or need to wait for a month later

It’s safe just try not to be too strenuous and stop if you feel not too good
