need advices! currently 16months, still exclusively pumping 4 times a day(6hourly). period has been back on 10th month. have been trying to conceive for 6months but to no avail. any advices or tips!? am on conceive gold supplement for 2months already.

There are apps available to help track your period, you can consider those as well. - Get your husband to avoid wearing tight fitting bottoms and stay off soy products, as these may affect sperm count. - Stay relaxed and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Best to be at your ideal weight as over exercising may affect ovulation. You can also get an ovulation test kit to help identify your most fertile days for trying (can get it over the counter, or purchase online). In all, exclusively pumping should not affect your chances once your cycle is back. Any parents have a good experience to help your baby above 3 years old to stop his or her bed time milk hobby? Thx!!

First I explained to my daugther who was 4 years old (now she is 5.5) that night milk is bad for her teeth. So every night I will place her water bottle beside her bed if she wake up and need to drink to cure her thirst and hunger. So far this works very well for us.

Which is best time of the day to conceive? any recommended position?

There is no best time of the day, although the times where you see the most clear, slippery cervical mucus would be it. Missionary seems to be easiest to ensure the sperm cells are deposited as far in as possible but really position that makes you most comfortable and relaxed will work as well.

My son already 15 months old and I already 33 year later old when would be the best time to have another baby so that it would be easier to manage?

2-3 is a good gap. Given that a baby is born after 9 months and it might take 3-6 before conceiving, starting to try when baby is around 1-1.5 yrs should be good.

What would you do if you want 3rd kid but your spouse think that 2 kids is enough. We've already discussed it but it seems that he's not budging. I can't seem to change his mind.
