Gaano po katagal bago mawala ang pamamaga ng balat o pamamantal from food allergy?

May parang bungang araw yung anak ko, pero malamig naman ang panahon. Ano kaya ang posibleng cause nito? Worried kasi ako baka hindi ito heat rash.

Do you know any ingredient in Cerelac that could be the reason for an allergic reaction such as hives/big rashes? That was the first rice cereal that I gave my baby, then after a few days eating it, the allergic reactions showed up: big rashes all over her body and face and her ears almost closed and her lips were like Angelina Jolie's. We rushed her to the ER, then cetirizine was prescribed. After that, we searched for organic rice cereal (we found some in Healthy Options) and until she was 2 years old there were no allergies anymore...

Cerelac has milk and whey, which could be a huge trigger of allergies. Maybe you can have your baby see a doctor if he or she gets hives to know what immediate reaction they can do.

If the mommy is allergic to something, does that mean that the baby is also allergic to the same thing / food?

Hindi ko alam kung applicable ito sa lahat pero ako kasi, since nung bata pa ko, allergic ako sa hipon, at yung baby ko ngayun, allergic din sya sa hipon.

At what point do most children start to outgrow their food allergies?

Ang pagkakaalam ko sa newborn screening palang malalaman na natin kung may mga allergies yun baby natin.

My baby has allergies on his face. He is mixfed. Is it possible that it is because of what I eat and my son can get the allergy through breastmilk? I am already on hypoallergenic diet to prevent his allergies but they just wont seem to go away completely. What to do? Thank you.
