I've heard good reviews for Berries. They seemed to come highly recommended for the fun ways they teach Chinese to the little ones. Heard some feedback on how the children enjoy going for class there. You can try asking as it would be a better gauge of whether it is suitable for your child. :)

I've heard good things about Little Footprints, especially regarding their student-teacher ratio. Judging from their facebook page, which is highly rated by parents, the kids look like they are always having fun and have tons of awesome activities.
