I am planning to bring my baby to hong kong on her 15 months. Can i check if she is ready to eat restaurant's food? (Like shredded chicken porridge? Or some chinese food) or can you share how u feed them during overseas? Bringing milk while shopping is extremely troublesome in hongkong.

My little one is 1 year old. He is still not sleeping through the night and wakes up once at 3am for a night feed(bottle). Anyone has any tips on how to get him to sleep through the night? I tried to rock him back to sleep and he would wake 15mins after. I heard of some sleep training methods but not sure which one works. I don't really like the cry it out method though. Appreciate any advice or sharing of experience.

We feel like going on a weekend trip around New Year. Does anybody have tips for a family friendly hotel they've been to in SEA? Still luxurious, villas maybe, but with family friendly activities at the resort. We're happy to fly up to 4 hours, but would prefer if the airport-hotel transfer won't take more than 1 hours from the airport. Bali, Phuket, Krabi for example rather than Khao Lak or Ko Lanta.

My 18 months lo used to sleep thru the night. We will pat him and he will fall asleep. I don't know what happened recently, but he would just suddenly be completely awake asking to get out of bed at 2am. He cries his heart out standing in his bed. Once out, we cuddles, lies there, but wouldn't want to fall back to sleep. As soon as he does, putting him back to bed, the crying starts all over again. Any tips? I do not want him to be spoilt falling asleep next to me and stay with me all night. Thanks for sharing your advice!

How do you handle a baby who is insecure? My 11 week old baby can suddenly cry frantically for no reason n it's difficult to soothe her after that.

My elder son is going to N1 next year. 1. Would like to enroll him for phonics classes. Where is a good one? 2. School do teach phonics. Will I be confusing him if I send him for the extra classes? 3. What do you pack i his school bag, for a little boy, going to N1?

We are planning a trip to Hongkong and it looks like Scoot has the best prices for the period we're travelling. Does anybody have experiences with Scoot and travelling with an infant? Ours is 18 months and the flight distance is only a few hours. So we should be fine keeping him busy without a bassinet, but I wonder if there's anything else I should consider when booking Scoot. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
