hi all. not sure if i am the only personwho face the insecurities from their partner. i do not know what i have done to give my partner such insecurities. always accusing me for things i never did. (etc.adultary.) i have been working my ass off trying hard to provide for my family. And sparing time out to handle all the chores as much as i can. it is so frustrating, yet theres nothing i can do. i am feeling so lost and disturbed right now.

A sense of guilt sending my kid to infant care

I have always been very career and money driven but I draw a modest pay. Often, my wife would remind me that money is not everything. I would gently agree to placate her. Today it felt like money is everything. An hour ago, I ended my third day orientation at my child’s infant care. I met the teachers whom are nice people. All the kids in the centre surprisingly are all Chinese. And their parents, like myself are perhaps busy working to make ends meet. It was a sad sight because it looks like a orphanage where kids are ‘discarded’ during office hours. A sense of guilt hit me. It became real that I had also discarded my child. And I thought to myself : if I had been more competent, studied harder or had worked smarter and had a higher earning power, my wife can choose to be a stay home mother instead of having to work to support our joint expenses. Yes money is everything. As the saying goes, if money doesn’t bring you happiness, you don’t know where to shop. So men, believe that money is everything. Money can buy your wife the freedom to stay home to look after your child, to enjoy your child, to spend her time during the best years of your child’s life.

hi parents, im a divocee and my son is going pr 1 next year. thought of enrolling him in st andrew juniour as its near my wrk place and easier for me to send him along the way. Any parents know if there's any chance for me to get him registered in the school or donations that can be made? I be looking for a property near the school mayb potong pasir,after i sell off my current house with my ex. if any parents have similar experience, do share. it would be a great help. ?

Confinement in malaysia straight after birth of LO?

anyone did confinement in Msia straight after giving birth? what are the things to note?? 1) baby passport? i heard 2 days can get? 2) drive to msia require baby sit? 3) how long is the hosp stay after birth? :/ 4) can new born travel straightaway :/ m

Baby passport can only do after you have your birth certificate. Relatively fast about 3-5 days? I apply online :) Required car seat for malaysia, safer too. Depend natural or Csect. I stayed 2 nights for natural. I heard Csect is 3 nights. Infant can travel but make sure environment is clear as their immunity is not built up yet.

Defrosting Freezer

Hi, I’m using a Farfalla Freezer to store the expressed milk. However the fridge inside gets frozen and according to the staff who delivered the fridge, he told me to empty the fridge content and open the fridge door to let the ice melt and defrost. I was wondering where I can keep the expressed milk during this period of defrosting. Any suggestions?

I wish my hubby can be more hands-on and supportive.. my hubby's idea of helping is by staying at home (not going out) with me.. all he does at home is to play iPad, surf youtube, online shopping.. while i do the feeding (via bottle), change diaper, bath, coaxing the baby to sleep 24/7.. I am so stressed out.. how can I talk to him about being more hands on? I need to have time out too..

Totally agree with Yuna. Just take a day off and tell him baby is his for the full day. He will soon realise how much effort it takes to raise a little one. You can also take turns over the weekend, so for eg, Saturday baby can be his responsibility - so bathing, feeding, sleeping, all is his. And yours can be on Sunday.

What's the best way to discipline my 7 yr old.. Wen his mommy's not around?? He's not a daddy's boy at all!

u gave the love and opportunity f you are not still in home or else u busy all the time nothing was not care to ur baby so obiously u think gave the things he like and through w/ dicipline so the bby will trying to understand it couz u love someone u gave the space😗
