Anyone using Lacte? How's your output ?

I tried lacte a few times but ended up selling mine away. My breast doesn't react well to lacte pumps. Not sure why, i always end up with engorgement shortly after pumping session. Whereas with spectra, i am able to fully empty the breast.

What breastmilk storage milkbags do you recommend?

I have tried Lasinoh, Dr Brown and Boots. I personally like Dr Browns milk storage bag as it is self standing and has a double zipper deal. Boots is also pretty good. If you buy from Boots BKK it costs only THB150 for a box of 40 bags. It can store 250ml.

First pump of the day - last pump was 3 am. Is it normal one side hs so much more than the other?

Yup, Normal. Mine also liddat. Congrats on the good supply though!

Hi I'm breastfeeding mummy. My LO 5+months now. What if I would like to take extra supplementary like vitamin c and fish oil everyday to increase baby's immunity and calcium absorption?

Hi mummy, I took fish oil and multivits when I was breastfeeding. What we take, will be absorbed by the baby. It will also help to boost my immune system and milk supply too. I also took a lot of vegetables, fruits, steam food and a lot of soup! Eat healthily, happy baby, happy mummy!

How do you pump in an airplane? What are the rules?

I've travelled while pumping and not encountered any problems. When checking in, tell them nicely you are going to pump and you will get an empty row or at least an empty seat next to you :) As for transporting expressed breast milk, take note that the guidelines are by the airport, not airline. On a recent trip to Hong Kong, I was advised to take a photo of my child's BC but security was kind as I was Travelling without my baby. Autumnz cooler bah has served me very well :) with medela ice pack

Is eating dark chocolate a no-no also while breastfeeding because of the caffeine content in the cacao?

Yeah from personal experience, chocolate is a total no no for my bub - she ends up staying up all night due to gas. :(
