Yes. BM would always be more superior to FM. BM of newborn is stock full of nutrients.

If i thaw frozen bm directly in philips avent warmer, how long would it take?

The instruction manual says 1 hour and you've to set it to the thaw function.

If baby needs 110ml per feed and u pump about 160 per pump, what do you do with the excess pumped milk? Do you accumulate all the excess and fill up become 110ml to feed baby?

Yup you can accumulate it together to make 1 stash

I am currently using this. And it's great!! It's discreet enough to be pumping without anyone noticing. And i can even entertain my elder son while pumping. Its a good choice!

My baby is 3 weeks old and face constipation issues. She can go for days without pooping even though we can see her struggling to poop sometimes. She's mostly on Bm with one night feed on formula and her poop is soft mustard in colour when she finally poops. We have to help stimulate her pooping with suppositories sometimes..any parents face similar issues and any recommendations for natural remedies to help little one to poop? Thanks!

I am pumping every four to five hours and want to cut out 1 pumping session so I can sleep thru the night. Which should I be doing? 1. Pump 10 mins instead of usual 15 at each pump? 2. Stretch the intervals longer? 3. Pump lesser amount at each pump Which of the above 3 I should be doing? Any other suggestions?

How many minutes does it take you to warm up a 100ml bottle of refrigerated breast milk?

It takes me about 3 mins using my dr brown warmer

My friend is looking for recipe to increase breast milk supply, do you have any recommendation?

My friend used to add a teaspoon of coconut oil to her milo drink (apparently it had to be australian recipe milo for for this to work). She would drink it hot, make a smoothie or make popsicles!
