Hi,would like to know if dying/hair treatment is safe for breastfeeding mummies?
I have a stubborn milk blister. it's been 2-3 weeks. I tried poking it with a needle (after hot compress) and got the baby to latch after that. but it's still there. I'm thinking of getting an LC to pay me a visit to help me fix this because it's really very painful. my supply on that breast has dropped due to a fear of latching on that boob. any good LCs to recommend? thanks!
Where can I buy lecithin from? And how many capsules should I take daily?
How do I make homemade breastfeeding lactation cookies?
Hi all, It is great to join this community! I would love to hear your thoughts on this and how I should manage it. 1) I have quite a few mummy friends who direct latch their baby and do not pump at all unless they are about to go back to work. However, my massage lady told me that even though I direct latch, I should still pump at least 3 times a day to clear the excess milk to prevent block ducts. I do have quite a lot of milk but by pumping, won't that just increase the supply as well? But if I don't pump, I do get lumps and block ducts. 2) And my baby tends to drink only 1 side in the middle of the night and I will feel engorge on the other side. Should I pump? Thank you in advance for your kind sharing! *my baby boy is 7 weeks young
for those mummies who dl their newborn, how do you feed from both sides? my newborn tend to fall asleep at the first side and no matter how I try to wake him up to continue to feed on the other side, he won't wake up nor open his mouth. I'm trying to feed him more to bring down his jaundice.
