Hello mummies, how do you slowly cut your pumping? I used to be pumping 5 hourly, and now, 8 hourly, but my 8 hourly pump can barely reach 150ml. Previously I can pump 200ml 5 hourly. Does that mean my supply is coming to an end soon? Do I drag my pump even longer now?

Ur body is adjusting ... if u drag ur pump even longer ur ss will drop. Do u want to end ur bf journey? If Not then increase frequency of ur pump n ur ss will slowly increase again

Mummies who do power pump, in between the pumps, do u store the bm u pumped out in fridge or just leave it out to mix with the next pump session since its only abt 20mins difference? Can anyone share how u do it?

Through how many pores in the areola should breastmilk be coming out? I'm worried about the milk coming out, only 2 pores in my right breast.

Do nipples lighten or go back to their original color after pregnancy? I've had two kids, I breastfed them, it's been 4 years since my first was born - and still my nipples are darker than they were before I got pregnant. Is there any way to lighten them?

Mine also turned really dark, especially I've been breastfeeding for quite some time now. I don't use anything to lighten the color.

How much milk will a 4plus month babygirl needs to drink? Im preparing my baby to bottlefeed my ebm and noticed she only drinks 80ml max about 2 hourly. Sometimes even 60ml only. Dont think that its enough. She drinks more when DL. What should i do? And also what should i eat to make her gain more weight? She is only at 25 percentile and doct thinks i dont feed her enough.

It is not only due to the amount she drinks. Did the doctor mention anything else? What was her birth weight and what is her current weight now?

Hi all, i always pump to clear at 7 plus am.. by 1 or 2pm, my boob will be quite rock then when i pump got more than 100 ml or might reach 160 ml or more than that.. but recently by 2 pm, i only pump out around 80 ml and right lesses.. could it be what i ate? what can i do to get back like before?? heart pain to see like that.. thanks..

Do you also latch or soley by pumping? If you go soley by pumping, the longer you drag your pump, the supply will get lesser as the supply is being regulated by demand.

How do you breastfeed baby and pump in the same room w CL? CL will be staying in the same room w me during confinement if i wanna hire becos i have no other spare rm. Do you tell her right from the start that u are intending to breastfeed? Do u ask for privacy when its time for feeding? Night time how do your do it? Bring the baby out of the rm and breastfeed?

definitely breast fed with the entire family and even outside with strangers there is nothing to be shy or ashamed about
