Breastfeeding issue

Hi mummies, i used to have breastmilk after delivery. Due to some issue, I stopped once my baby turns one month old. And continued the next day. But since then my breastmilk has been staying at 2-5ml per day. I lact my baby on, drank lots of water, drink herbal soups, ate oats, ate red dates, ate medicine to boost blood and try to pump more. But there's still no milk for more than 2 months. I'm currently taking care of my baby everyday. I have no idea why my breastmilk still like this, like there is no blood circulation and my breast is soft. Does any mummy has this issue before? Does any mummy has any advice for this issue? Or any hotline which I can ask about this issue? Appreciate any mummy helps. Thank you. 😁

After 3months delivery, my milk flow is nearly gone. Is there a way to make it come back? I really wish to continue breastfeed. I think im depress as i cant take the fact i cant breastfeed my baby😔😔😔

My mum has this mindset that baby will be in deep sleep after he latches on me coz everytime she feeds him via bottle , he refuses to sleep after that. Hence,she is blaming me that in future, it will be hard to take care of him herself as he will be looking for my boobs to latch on because he used me as a human pacifier. Is this even true? Need advise. How then can I regulate my milk supply if baby doesnt latches on me? All this while, if baby fell asleep, i will quickly unlatch him.

3month old baby weight

Baby is only close to 5kg and her weight shld buck up as what doc @ poly mentioned. Mine is a bit fussy coz she only drink BM & FM only when dream fed or when she is really hungry or at IFC. 90ml still at this age. At time 60ml. Would love to hear yours as I wldnt want to over worry.

Follow the baby’s needs. If she is in correct weight . If she gain weight correctly. You can observe her further more

Hi mummies! I’m a first time mom at 29 weeks now. I plan to breastfeed my baby when he’s born. I also bought a breastpump from baby express sg (based on good reviews and recommendations). However, I’ve never breastfed / breastpump before hence I don’t know how to use it. Scared that when the time comes to breastpump, I don’t know how to use it. There’s the option for bionic mode, suction level, frequency etc. What’s all that? Anybody care to help? 😅

try eating moringa leaves.its a superfood.if u can find the leaves itself then u can try stir fry it.if not the powder one would do too.
