What food/drink to avoid that will deplete milk supply & common food/drink than can cause diarrhea for LO.

(Can be from your own experience with food that causes diarrhea for your LO)

for diarrhea it really depend on lo themselves. for me is no to chocolate. but I have friends is nuts, diary products or even some is seafood. you have to try and error some don't even have any issue. milk killer food. cabbage chives mint stuff some herbs depend on individual too.

Lopsided breast ! Help!! 😭🤯

Hi i think im being paranoid on my breast as its now lopsided ! Left side smaller than the right side😭 how do i even them out?? And i also notice tht my left side is not producing more compared to the right side . The size are noticable and its making me so depressed! 😭

I started to fully bf a mth ago. How to know if it is enough? I get insecure because usually i yield around 60ml altogether. I yield 120ml once. 😪

Hi mummies, my daughter is 2m 18days. she is on fully EBM recently. Before that 80% bm 20% fm. is this counted as diarrhoea? Been like this for few days alrdy.
