Hi mummies! What are the best newborn formula? In case i have low/no breastmilk supply.

Diff baby have diff preference. Does not mean it's best for my baby, it's also the same for yours. For formula must really trial and error until your baby likes it. Try to get samples.

Brestfeeding 3 months old plus baby

My baby only latch and drink for 10mins everytime. He demand for every 2 hours. After 10mins, he will stop drinking. Im afraid its not sufficient for him. Full latching but sometimes i give ebm and now he only drinks at most 70ml. Any feedback/advice on this? Should i be worry?

breastmilk easy to digest hence that explain his demand for more ☺️

I have been eating supplement & lactation cookies but my milk supply still didnt increase.even when i tried to pump , it only added to not even 30ml for both breast.what can i do?

Latch your baby as much as possible. It helps a lot. Pump after latching.

My areola is quite small will it affect my baby when i breastfeed?

If you have a small areola, your child isn't latching on well. There for it should fit entirely in your baby's mouth.

Manual Breast Pump

Hi mummies, which Manual Breast Pump Works better for you? Tommeetippee, Hegen PCTO, Medela Harmony or Philips Avent ??? I do have Spectra S1+ but I would like to purchase a manual breast pump just in case if I need it. But not sure which brand is better.

Struggling to increase bm supply.

Any mommies have any immediate effective ways to increase bm supply?

It takes lots of patience, time and effort and lots of trial and error. I was struggling with supply too, got postnatal blues cz of it but increasing pumping frequency helps. Try pumping after each breastfeed to fully empty ur breasts. It will signal ur brain to keep replenishing. I also ate all kinds of galactagogues. It took me close to a month to find sth tt works for me which is moringa leaves. Also taking Legendairy supplements, personally Cashcow worked for me. Perhaps cz it also contains moringa. The first month postpartum I cld only produce abt 2 oz when power pumping. Aft a wk of taking Cashcow, I got 3-4oz and steadily increasing to 5-6oz now at 2 months. Of course, keep drinking water as it also helps to increase supply.
