Pump every 3 hours. And drink Milo too! It helps for me

Anyone got pregnant and put on Ard 25-28kg and still haven't loose the weight when baby is turning 1 soon? Breastfeeding mom here.. feeling kinda down just looking at my body altho I know it has done a wonderful job of creating my baby and feeding my baby till now.. any moms can relate?

Me too :( I put on 30kg during my pregnancy and only lost about 15kg, no point in trying to “diet” cause afraid it’ll affect my bm supply and no time to exercise either.. So just trying to psycho myself to self love hehe

LO is passing lots of wind

Hi all.. My 1 mth old baby is passing alot of wind, sometimes smelly too😅. But she poop only once in 4 or 5 days.. poop is not hard or constipated.. is this normal? I am feeding her bm and fm (similac total comfort).#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pleasehelp

one side of my nipple won’t be squirting out milk and will only squirt out after pumping for more then 15mins.. what’s going on? what am i supposed to do

Cld be tt ur letdown on tt side is slow. Try to change the stimulation mode or intensity on ur pump cz sometimes different boobs may react differently. U may also want to try latching baby more on tt side if u can. But if u can't latch, try to pump more on tt side. Massage and look at ur baby photos as these help to trigger the prolactin release.

What vegeterian food can increase milk supply, my milk supply is really low for my baby ! Also anyone has trief legendairy capsules which one works ?

For me moringa leaves work. For Legendairy pill, I tried all but only Milkapalooza and Cashcow work for me and when I check the ingredients, both have moringa. I had v low supply in the first mth but aft taking the supplements for abt 2 wks, I cld get at least 150ml for 15 min session as opposed to just 60ml previously. But anw, do know tt different bodies react to the supplements or milk boosting foods differently so u need to trial and error a few times to know which works best for u.
