Where do you store your milk in the office fridge after you have pumped, the freezer or the below one?

Hi all, I'm currently 6days pp n struggling with oversupply. I'm direct latching n pumping say once or twice a day to relieve the engorgement n also trying to not pump too much as I don't wish to increase production but I'm still full almost all the time 🥴 I get engorged as soon as every 1.5-2hrly, baby nurses every 1.5-2.5hrly. What can I do to ease this? For my first child I was EP so oversupply wasn't an issue for me, this time I'm DL n occasional pumping so it's super uncomfy.

start to drag the pump duration interval longer.. one way is you can pump and donate the milk too. the milk levels will regulate at 12th week

How to relactate?

Hi mummies! I gave birth just 2 months ago and suddenly i got my menses back. I was exclusively breastfeeding so was surprised that my menses came back early. Then my milk supply suddenly dropped, like ending soon. Even with breastfeeding supplements (fenugreek) it seems that my supply is not increasing. I also had lactation massage but also did not help. Any advise please? I feel so defeated that i cannot feed my baby well.

many bf mummies also have their menses already. it’s not a guarantee that bf stops menses, depends on individual body. try taking more lactation foods (healthy fats) and stay well hydrated

Hi Mummies. Im a first time mummy, is it okay if i keep on giving my child breastfeed ( through bottle) whenever he cry ? The doctor advice to give like 2 to 3 hr feed but he keep wake up and crying for feed every 1 hr. His a premature so any advice?

It’s ok to feed on demand.. but make sure he’s fussing because he is hungry and not because of other reasons

Expressing breast milk with Covid

Hi, is it safe to feed baby with expressed breast milk if I contracted Covid? Baby is tested negative

Breastfeeding while having Covid

Hello to all dear mummies. Just wondering if anyone knows if any mummies caught covid while breastfeeding? How long did you stop until you feed you little one again after tested negative? I am not sure how long covid will stay in body so not sure if i should continue breastfeeding. I am tested positive while little one is negative

I got covid wks back and i am also breastfeeding. But i pump my milk out though. I continue feeding my gal while i was positive (she was also positive). Nonetheless i checked on BMSG and an LC who previously helped me, ok to continue. I tink up to your comfort level whether u wanna feed anot
