hello mummies. my little girl is turning 3 months soon and she refused to drink with a milk bottle. initially she could drink using the hegen when she was 4 weeks old. but i wasn’t consistent in bottle feeding and have her latch till today. and today when we offered her the hegen bottle, she cried murder. any ideas or suggestions to encourage her to drink via bottle? we’ve tried pigeon bottle too and she refused. i’m starting work next month 😭 #firsttimemom

keep trying.. so she gets used to it

15mth old not saying words

Is it normal for a 15mth old still not saying any words but understands what we are saying and point to the things we ask

not common but it happens.. developmentally a bit behind

i am so sorry i keep on asking for help here 😭 was about to shower her when i noticed these red spots on her body. not sure what happened. could it be the formula milk? but it has been almost a month of using it. i just changed the bedsheets a few days ago too. is it because it is hot? she doesnt cry or looks like she is in pain. could it because i just changed her shampoo and her body is reacting to it? want to bring her to the doctor but i think they will only provide her with cream. any solutions? or remedies 😭

is this rash?

It looks like heat rash to me. You can try showering her in slightly colder than your usual temp water then put on some cooling clothes for her to see if the rash go away. As it’s not very clear in the picture, I can only advise from what I experienced.

Baby keep spitting out milk during feed

Baby has been spatting milk out during feeding. And will fussy and keep pushing away the bottle. Using hegen 1 month teat and change to pigeon but still same. Use back 0month hegen teat also same. Is it something wrong with baby tongue or is just the teat too fast ?

My NB just two weeks old spit milk whether bottle feed with BM or direct latch. Subsequently will choke. I did ask doctor but they mentioned baby drink fast and still trynna learn how to control milk flow. Sometimes yet to finish swallow and the milk overflow eventually spit alot of milk out. I did change from Avent to Pigeon but NB dislike because of the teats. Then back to Avent. I change position when direct latch or bottle feed to avoid this from reocurring.

Resign during maternity

I am supposed to return to work on 5th April. However, i need to resign as i still did not manage to get a slot for my son and there is no one who is able to takecare of him. May i know if i tender on 5th March, do I still get paid? MOM page makes me confused with their statement #singapore #based

if u tender on 5 March, your last working day will be 4 April in your case, you are using your maternity leave to serve your notice period, u will still get pay for 5 Mar-4 April

Formula Feeding for 2Months 9Days

Hi!! My baby is 2 Months 9 Days today to be exact. I'm wondering, How much does the other mommies' babies drink at the age of 2 Months?? As of now my baby drinks 115ml and she still wants more but i always get worried of overfeeding. #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttimemom #advicepls

max is 150ml for this age. you can ask for the chart at polyclinics :)

I’m 35weeks, but baby only 2.1KG. Dr say its okay, baby are classified to small-medium size. How about you guys? How many weeks are you guys in and how many kgs?

Hi mummies! Anyone have good TCM for babies. My LO has stuffy breathing, not sure it's at back of the throat or nose. Went gynae, not really helpful though. #pleasehelp

gynae doesn’t help with children, did u try a pediatrician?
