my baby is 8m old and only eating cereal once every 2-3 days. recently he’s been rejecting milk and don’t want any cereal. am I lagging? some of my friend’s baby can already eat textured food. my baby doesn’t know how to bite at all even with 4 teeth. he will just bite a big piece and try to swallow. am really stress. he is losing a lot weight :(

Dinner ideas for 10 months old

Hi mummies, may i know what do u serve to your baby for dinner? My baby is currently 10 months and goes to the infant care. We are only giving her biscuits and milk after fetching her from ifc. We are trying to transit her to having 3 meals of solid food, please share your dinner ideas. Thank you(:

Wean night feed and brush teeth

Hi mummies, may i know when do wean off night milk for you baby? My daughter is currently 11m but is still doing dreamfeed at 12am. She also refuses to let me clean/ brush her teeth. Im afraid that she will get tooth decay. Any tips to share?

For brushing teeth, we sing a made up song about brushing teeth to make it fun. We sing it every time when it’s time to brush teeth so she knows that it’s going to happen. And we also brush our own teeth in front of her to let her see that it’s something that papa mama also do. So far it’s working, but sometimes also see her mood. 😆

Would you let helper bring baby out without informing you even if it's downstairs

Just as the question above.. I felt uncomfortable and upset actually even if it's downstairs. By the way the helper belongs to my husband grandma. We are only staying at grandma house while waiting for BTO. Helper sometimes will say to baby "come I bring you down." I m there but she didn't ask me. Once my in law came and I was eating but suddenly she took LO from my in law and then just carry her out, never inform. Very very pissed. But think my in law didn't mind cos they treat her like family (she is really good la but I just feel uncomfortable for her not informing and feels like she always like to do things her way).

I feel it’s out of respect you at least inform the parent if they are there so they won’t panick suddenly cannot find LO. Maybe can let her know that you appreciate her bringing your LO down but maybe inform your in-laws or you for the reason above. Tell her at the very least if she at least informs, you know LO is safe and not lost.

Anyone using Nature one dairy formula stage 2. Do u find difficult to dissolve the powder?

Need to use stirrer to break powder.. please help on how to solve this as in trying this formula milk for my 9mo old baby

Me! But I find it ok. Personally I think Similac total comfort is even harder to dissolve

Infant no longer wants textured food

So my 9 month old recovered from a week of high fever (was hospitalised).. His appetite went from willing to try and eat every texture (prior to being sick) to spitting everything out. We started with puree at 6 months old and eventually did BLW.. but now.. all he wants is milk and worse, sometimes he doesn't even want any food I cooked (can even be porridge which doesnt even require chewing). Im very worried actually. Any mothers and their bubs went through the same? If yes.. how do I overcome this?

Flu, phlegm, the whole shenanigan

26 weeks pregnant here! Anyone knows what happens to our baby every time we swallow phlegm? :(
