Hi mummies, im currently 36 weeks preg with num 4 but up till now i dunt seem to be producing any milk. Prev by 32 weeks i would alr have started producing milk. Is it normal? Will it come soon?

Is it safe to do Eyelash Extension before delivery?

As previously before delivery I would lay down flat facing up, is it okay since i’m 37 goin 38 soon.. if safe, any recommendations place?

I did too when I was about to deliver my first born. 😆 but the lying down in the same position on the back for the whole session will be a little uncomfy.

1cm dilated for 3 days

Hi moms, 3 days ago got my cervix checked and was 1 cm dilated..today got it checked and still 1cm but cervix is soft. What else can i do or eat/drink to dilate more? I've walked around here in hospital, even did squats for 3 days since dilated. I'm sore and exhausted, too heavy to walk. And been feeling so emotional, stressed and depressed. I'm 38 weeks in 2 days..doctor will induce as soon as i reached 38 weeks

Hi csect mums! When you use the binder, the binder should cover the wound area or around your tummy (below bra onwards) ? Cos when I tried to wear the binder covering the wound area, it gets uncomfortable when I sit because the binder will fold upwards. So should I wrap around my tummy instead or cover the wound? Which is the right way? 😓😓😓

You should wear around your tummy first, after your wound dry and heal then you can start covering the wound area. This is to avoid your wound getting infection or rupture.

I'm 39 weeks pregnant. I had a lightning crotch on my pelvic and my baby is active and it painful.

Nuchal cord at 36w

Had my pelvic ultrasound today and found out my baby has nuchal cord (cord tied around his neck). Praise God heartbeat , amiotic fluid and weight were all normal. OB said need to monitor kick every 2 hours. I'm still kinda worried and trying not to stress myself. Praying that my little one will be safe and the cord wont get tight 🥺🙏🏼

How early can we get HL? I have turned 37weeks today and already experiencing pelvic pain. Also, did anyone has elevated blood pressure? Is that a sign of pre-eclampsia? I checked mine last night and it's not my norm (110-120 systolic). Abit paranoid now 😅#firsttimemom #advicepls

HL depends on your company’s policy as well ~ should check with your HR if you can use it before your ML

I'm now 39 weeks pregnant but theres no sign of labour but I had cramp at night.

39 week pregnant

You feel of contractions which is few minutes apart, mucus plug or waterbag burst. If none of this signs occurred then perhaps induced if advise by your doctor/gynae. As long as labour bag is prepared aside then it is all good. Our body can hold pregnancy up till latest 42 weeks. Best of luck mummy 😊

swollen feet after c-sect

Hi mummies, I am 6 days postpartum today, delivered baby via csect as baby was breech. Today, noticed that my left feet is a little bit swollen compared to the right. There's no pain in both feet though. Is this normal?

Hi mama, it’s normal to have water retentions/PP swelling after birth. Keep your legs elevated at night and drink more water :)
