Is ayataka safe to drink?

Flu and body heating up

Private or subsidised?

What are the differences between the 2 and how will it affect daddy and mummy? Perhaps financially…

As you mentioned, top factor is budget. Subsidised - Cheaper. May have lesser ultrasound scans, no fixed gynaes, longer waiting time. Can only choose certain wards. Private - More expensive, number of ultrasound scans depends on different gynae. (For mine, it was one per visit but package was cheaper so yup.) Fixed gynae, schedules appointments faster. Usually private will go for one bedder (majority, not all.).

Fatigue/ Low energy

Hi mummies. Currently 10+1, and realised I’m getting tired too easily. Will start to feel uncomfortable and tired even after going out for a while. Didn’t experience this in my first pregnancy. Any tips on how to increase energy level?

Extreme fatigue is super Normal in trimester 1. Hang in there. Trimester 2 should be a bliss

Recommendation for gynae, I am a Type1 diabetic

Hello all. This is my first post here. I am currently tested positive. This is my 2nd pregnancy as the previous one ended up in a miscarriage. I had a super bad experience with SGH and wondering if there's any mummies here who could recommend me a gynae who is specialised for type1 diabetic pregnancies?

Dear mummies, what do u think about Down syndrome test, is it necessary? Im contemplating about it.

I took the test when I had my first baby, and it costs alot. At the end of the day, what I was given was just a percentage and the risk level I’m at. Despite not taking the test, a detailed scan will be done at about 20 weeks and they will check for abnormalities as well. Like what other mummy said, if you’re keeping the baby no matter what; you should save the bucks.

Hi mummies! Hope all is well. Just wondering if any one of you are struggling with hormonal acne during pregnancy? If yes, how do you deal with it? It’s taking a toll on me :( first time mom here and excited!!

Lessen oily food, sugary drinks. More veg/fruits. Plain water. Use organic or safe pregnancy product. It can be hormonal changes / product use during pregnancy that cause your face to have lots of acne.

Can eat samyang noodles anot ..? Feels like ages since i ate them ..

Can~ I had them during pregnancy too, no issues. Just eat in moderation.
