Bleeding with blood clots

Hello! I tested positive after missing my period for a few days, initially its was just some spotting but as the days go my bleeding became more heavier and even have chunks of blood clots, I'm almost 5week pregnant I have check up with a gynae but my sac was not able to be seen over the ultrasound, Doctor say It might be due to too the fact that's it's too early to been seen or I might have miscarry it. Any mummy out there have experience the excessive bleeding with blood clots? Please advice ☹️

Hip pain 19 weeks

My right hip feels very week and “loose”. I’ve massaged it and am getting some walking exercise to keep it mobile but it still hurts to the point I might fall due to the leg not locking. Any suggestions on exercises?

Hi mum, I had something quite similar during pregnancy also and that “loose” feeling can sometimes happen because the pregnancy hormones relax your ligaments, so the pelvis and hip joints feel less stable. Since you already feel like the leg might give way, I would be a bit careful with too much walking for now and avoid sudden movements or standing on one leg too long. What helped me was gentle pelvic stability exercises like slow side leg raises while holding onto support, and also sitting exercises instead of weight bearing ones when the pain is bad. But honestly, since you already feel like you might fall, I would really suggest seeing a physiotherapist or gynae for assessment because they can give you more targeted pregnancy-safe exercises.

Working part time

Yes I am with my cousin as a Part Time and I recently just got an offer to work on a small project with my ex company as offered by my ex boss.

NIPT results were inconclusive

Anyone did the NIPT test and ended up with no results/inconclusive? Did you get results the after retaking?

Vasculitis at 16 weeks

Hi mummies, I am having inflammed blood vessels/Vasculitis due to an infection.Currently at 16 weeks, would like to know if any mummies had this and went on fine?

Hi mum, I’m really sorry you’re going through this at 16 weeks, it sounds quite worrying especially with all the pregnancy hormones on top of it. Vasculitis during pregnancy can vary a lot depending on the cause and severity, so I don’t think there is a one-size-fits-all experience to compare with, but many mums do go on to have close monitoring and still deliver fine when it is properly managed by specialists. What I would really suggest is to stay very close follow-up with your gynae and the specialist managing the vasculitis, and don’t hesitate to go back earlier if symptoms worsen or new ones appear. Try not to read too many worst-case stories online because your case is very specific and your doctors will be the best to guide you through this safely.
