hi mummy’s ! I’ve been applying stretch mark cream

But feel like it’s getting more , what should I do ? #advicepls

maybe you can try valine cocobutter or shea butter, I've been using it for all my pregnancy when I knew I'm preg, now my 3rd week 29 no stretch mark yet.

Depending on where you will be giving birth at and also the type of rooms you’re choosing. Below is for 1 bedder at TMC. Mummy: • 1 set of clothings (I wore the same I entered in) • Charger • 1 x Kotex overnight panties (wear during discharge day) • Marriage cert and IC (Not sure if they accept electronic ones now) Optional: • Preferred facial wash and skin care • Breastpump (If you want LC to teach you how to use) • Cooling pads (natural birth) • Binder (Csect) Baby (All optional): • 1 set of clothings upon discharge - Mittens - Swaddle - Booties - Hat Daddy (If staying over): • Charger • Change of clothings (adjust based on birth methods) • Money/cards • IC

Yes thats probably just the vgg cleaning itself. Unless theres a foul smell u shld ask ur gynae!

Lower back pain at 6 months

sleeping on ur left is the best . u can use a pillow to in between ur legs too. im a first time mum too and that helped me alot. dont forget to stretch too! yoga helps
