How to wash new breast pump parts

Just bought a new spectra dual. Do we bring the entire new set to hospital or do we need to wash and sterilise the parts before? How do we wash the tubings?

Can try uv steriliser. The baby express uv steriliser can store one set of pump parts and sterilise on the go if u need it

38 weeks now and feeling prepartum depression

Stressed, worried and feel lonely while rushing to finish work. Haven't been able to sleep well too due to husband snoring. Feeling depression creeping onto me. Any advice?

invest in good ear plugs. i use it every night too for my sanity

Which formula milk is best for digestion/clearing bowels daily?

It depends on baby bowel system and whether baby accept the milk brand or not. I mean all kids are different. You can try Similac, Dulac, Lactogen or Nan. I make a switch for my first born years back when her body system don't accept Similac (she developed constipation) and we change to Nan. All good till date.

Cabin Sized Stroller

Hi, I have been looking into getting a cabin sized stroller and thought about getting the Mimosa Cabin City one, has anyone used it and is it really compact and light? Was advised not to get the GB pockit + cause the wheels are not good and not a sturdy stroller

Hi mum, I totally get wanting something cabin-sized but still sturdy for daily use, not just travel. I’ve heard good things about the Mimosa Cabin City being lightweight but feeling more solid than some ultra-compact strollers, so maybe worth considering if outdoor use is important for you too.

EDD soon but feel so stressed and lonely

Work stress, feeling lonely when can't sleep at night yet need to work and rush projects before going on maternity leave. Horrible looking at the new body weight and can't imagine how I turn out like that. Painful leg cramps and horrible when husband just snores all night. Can't imagine what life will be like moving forward. Suddenly feel turned off at photos of positive pregnancy tests kits and having fear of what's coming.

It’s normal to feel this way especially when your husband is not those that you usually see on fb videos. My advise is, don’t stress about things that haven’t happen and go with the flow. Take the 4 months of maternity leave to rest and spend time with your baby before deciding whether you wanna go back to work and etc. Don’t worry about the weight, just put in some effort or even bf (if your sanity allows), you can definitely shed off the extra pounds. Meanwhile, try to relax and take it one at a time while waiting for baby’s arrival. Have a smooth delivery! 😉

Arms up in the air most of the time

Hi mummies, my baby is 4m4d old. She always put her arms up in the air with fists clenching tight. She does this most of the time, during diaper changing, and even when we are talking/playing with her. Is that normal?

Yes it is normal my second born love to put her hand and feet up. Sometimes she likes to clench her fist too.

Baby rolling at 11weeks

Hello mummies, My baby has started to roll from back to tummy at 11 weeks. She just turned 12weeks today. Just wondering if this is normal? 😥She did roll over from tummy to back before she learned this but for now she seems to have forgotten how to roll back and excitedly keep rolling to her tummy. Yesterday she rolled to her tummy while asleep and it woke her up crying. I'm so worried if she does this at night and we don't roll her over back in time cause we are all asleep. Have any mummies experienced this? Did you buy the anti-roll pillows for baby cot? #worriedmummy

Hi mummies. My freezer is already full with EBM and Im gg back to work soon. Since I seem to have enough milk supply for my bby at infant care should I continue pumping or can I slowly stop pumping already? Cos im out of space to store my milk. Posted on FB groups to give out my milk but no responseso far.#advicepls #firstbaby #firstmom #worriedmummy

I have the same dilemma and decided to slow down my supply so I don’t have excess to store everyday. For those frozen, once my supply and demand equalise, i am slowly thawing them for baby to drink and storing newly EBM

Hi mummies, any recommendations for a good baby milk formula that suitable for age 0-12 months? My little one having difficulties pass motion, cause she sometimes will only pass motion once a day or doesn’t poop at all for the entire day. Currently using Dumex Dulac step 1 for her formula.
