Not feeling pregnant at Week 12

Hi Mummies! I’m about 12 weeks now and I have stopped having any symptoms. It is worrying me as sometimes I don’t even feel pregnant anymore. My last scan was at 10 weeks and it was alright. Please let me know if this is normal. #pleasehelp #1stimemom

Coconut water

Hi all, just asking if you all have been drinking coconut water during the 1st trimester? I love it and I drink it everyday as it takes away my nausea and acidity. However some people told me I should not take it because it is a cooling drink. I googled though and they all said that coconut water is very nutritious. Appreciate your help!

1st trimester

Can I know if I'm able to take in cold drinks during the first trimester? Due to keep vomiting I have no food craving at all. Was hospitalised due to dehydration. Really suffering :( #1stimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp

Hiring confinement nanny for cny~ is there any real difference between certified or 3 stars or 6 stars Nannies? Is Confinement angels more recommended than PEM?

Honestly, the star ratings do reflect real differences, higher-star nannies at Confinement Angels generally have more experience and completed more training hours (they do 88 hours covering both traditional and modern practices), so the 6-star ones tend to handle newborn care more confidently, especially if your baby arrives early or unexpectedly like around CNY. My friend booked a 6-star nanny through Confinement Angels and said the agency matched her quite quickly even with a tight timeline, which matters a lot during the festive period when availability is tight. Between Confinement Angels and PEM, both are established agencies, but some mums felt Confinement Angels was more responsive in finding a replacement if something fell through, though a few others have had mixed experiences depending on which nanny they were matched with, so the individual nanny still matters more than the agency name alone. My lean would be to go higher-star if your budget allows, and make sure you communicate your specific requirements clearly upfront so the matching works in your favour.

Essential items for /after giving birth

I know there will be a baby fair coming in Aug and pre-order is next week. I found some checklists online but quite a long list. I would to seek advice from experienced mothers on the essential items to purchase in preparation for giving birth and first 2-3 months after giving birth. Also from your experience, which of these essential items do you advise to buy pre-loved items instead of brand new? Thank you 🙏

Mummy: Kotex Overnight panties (Optional) Breast pump (Optional if DL, good to have) - Preloved/new is fine, just replace new parts. Nipple cream/nipple wipes - Optional, new Baby: Clothings (Onesies/sleepsuits/booties/swaddle cloth/mittens) - Hand me downs Bath towel/burp cloth - New Cot/strollers/car seats - Preloved/new Stroller fan - Optional (New) Cot mattress - new I personally cosleep with baby on my bed so cot is useless for the first few months, only started using when she started rolling. Baby carrier - New Baby detergent/liquid cleanser (bottles)/baby bath & lotion (Using Kodomo & Cetaphil baby) Oral wipes (Used NUK & Rico) UV steriliser - Optional, preloved just replace the lamp will do. (Using Haenim) Pacifier - Optional (New) Pigeon cotton balls Above is a few items which I used for the first few months (other than cot & car seat). Don’t stock too much, just buy as baby grows, even if you decided to change brands also no issues 😊

Hi mommies !just wanna check with you all ,do you thinknits necessary to pick a specific gynae ?

My mil has been asking me to choose this specific gynae in nuh DR CHITRA cuz of experience and nice stitching .but me and hubby think all gynaes would be experienced to handle us right?need opinions please!
