2 mos post partum

#CS

Mama, that's something you should definitely mention sa OB mo sa next checkup, kasi normally by 8 weeks post-CS ang bleeding should be done na talaga, ang light discharge okay pa, pero if it starts again every time after intimacy, that might mean something needs checking, like maybe the incision area or lining inside is still healing. Don't worry though, most likely fixable lang, pero better safe na mag-consult, 'cause you deserve to feel confident at comfortable ulit. You're doing great managing everything while healing pa lang, and I'm sure your doctor will get to the bottom of it quickly!

Parang plema or parang hilik Minsan hinga ni baby

You may use a nasal aspirator for this. Pero if ubo talaga and may signs of difficulty breathing si baby like nose flaring, retractions sa may collar bone and ribs, best to check with pedia.

2m6d si baby and exclusively breastfed. Per her pedia, feed on demand dapat and sa gabi we can let her sleep through the night basta not exceeding 4 hours na walang kain. So sa gabi po what we do is wait for her cue to eat or feed her after 4 hours which ever comes first.

Hindi ba or medyo? Nakakapraning, first time mom po ako. Pasagot po. Thanks.

Head shape ni baby

Ay, I totally get the paranoia, first time mom din ako dati at tiningnan ko talaga constantly ang ulo ng baby ko! From what you're describing, it sounds like baby's head is still changing shape which is actually normal, babies' heads can look different depending on sleeping position, how they were delivered, and just general growth, kaya hindi ka nag-aalala for nothing. Since you mentioned CS, babies born that way don't have the pressure from labor so sometimes their head shape takes a bit longer to round out naturally, pero usually it does with time and varied positions. Pero honestly, if you're worried it's not rounding out like it should, best to ask your pedia about it, they can give you proper assessment at peace of mind, plus they might suggest some positioning tips if needed, kaya go lang check. Breathe, mommy, these things usually resolve on their own, pero having a doctor's eyes on it will make you feel SO much better, promise!

May way pa ba para masolusyunan yon? Ano po kaya pwedeng gawin? Thank youu

Best thing talaga is to mention it sa next check-up mo, kasi doc mo dapat makikita if it's just positional (normal lang at mag-resolve) or if may guidance siya for tummy time at positioning. Don't stress too much yet, super common yan sa newborns, pero better safe than sorry, diba?

Pero generally, okay lang most drinks habang nagbreastfeed, just avoid alcohol and limit caffeine (coffee, tea) kasi dumarating din sa baby through milk. Best talaga to check with your OB or pedia if specific drink yan, para sure lang na safe para sa little one!
