Hello 23weeks and 1days

Hello 23weeks and 1days

Ay totoo yan, nanay! Around 23 weeks, ang belly mo na talaga lumalaki kaya mahirap maghanap ng comfortable position, lalo na kapag tulog ka na, a few of us mums complain na parang walang tamang position sa side-lying. Try sleeping on your left side with a pillow between your knees, or use one of those pregnancy pillows if you can (nakaka-tulong talaga), at yung dizziness when standing up is normal din dahil sa blood pressure changes, so take it slow when you get up. If the difficulty sleeping gets worse or may ibang concern ka, better check with your OB lang para peace of mind mo.

Hello po, asking lng po, sana may makasagot.

Sino nanganak na sa takano hospital? Maganda ba doon? tsaka mga magkano kaya hospital bill?

Hindi ko personally nakabirthay doon, pero a few of my mum friends have given birth sa Takano and they say ang facilities ay okay, clean, and ang staff ay helpful talaga. Sa costs, it varies depending on kung normal delivery or caesarean, plus kung private or semi-private room ang gusto mo, pero I think it ranges somewhere around 80k-150k+ for normal delivery, mas mataas pa if may complications or premium room, kaya better to call them directly para sure sa exact rates ngayon kasi tumaas na ang prices lately.

Pagbabago ng hormones

Bakit po ganito ang pakiramdam ko? Palagi akong galit at nagwawala. I'm 23weeks pregnant.

Can you control your emotions? When I was pregnant and even after giving birth, my emotions were always high, pero mind over matter ako palagi kasi ever since. I control my emotions.

#pregnancy

Hi! Aww excited ka na to know kung girl or boy, yan? Kasi ang best way talaga is through ultrasound, yung OB mo na lang ang makakasabi for sure based sa baby's anatomy, usually around 18-20 weeks na clear na! A few of us tried those ring tests and Chinese calendar predictions for fun, pero honestly ultrasound lang ang reliable hehe. Congrats sa pregnancy, mama!

Hindi ka mag-alala ma, 16 cm sounds small kaya better to get a second opinion from your pedia or OB to make sure everything's on track, pero ang midwife mo naman nagsabi it's okay for her age so that's reassuring! A few of us moms have had babies na parang maliit din at nag-catch up naman eventually, pero talaga di ako makapag-compare ng exact measurements kasi bawat baby talaga ang timeline eh. Since you already asked your midwife and she gave the okay, just keep monitoring with regular check-ups, pero if you're really worried, mas better mag-consult ulit with your doctor para peace of mind mo.

A few of us moms swear na mas important yung comfort at trust mo sa hospital/birthing center kaysa presyo lang, pero I get it na budget matters din. I'd suggest asking your OB for recommendations around Cainta and Taytay, sila kasi updated sa iba't ibang facilities at pricing packages dyan, at maraming moms sa area na pwede mong katanungan directly about their experiences. Goodluck sa search, mommy, excited na excited kami for you!
