Masuk angin dan gastrik

Ada tak mommies yang pernah kena gastrik or masuk angin waktu hamil. Apa petua nak redakan sebab tak boleh letak minyak kan?

Ohhh I feel you, gastrik and masuk angin during pregnancy memang sakit! A few of us in my mum circle had this, the trick is warm liquids are your best friend, so ginger tea or plain warm water with a tiny bit of honey really helps, plus small frequent meals instead of besar-besaran. You're right that minyak cap is a no-go, but my friend swears by warm compress on the tummy (just make sure not too hot!) and slow deep breathing can actually ease the uncomfortable feeling. Since you're pregnant though, better check with your doctor or midwife first to make sure it's really just masuk angin and not something that needs proper treatment, they can advise what's safe to take or do at this stage. Rest as much as you can lah, and try to avoid heavy or oily foods for now!

pregnant 37 week

hello memang dekat2 nak besalin bahagian bawa tu rasa ngilu ke ? hri ni genap 37 week .due date 5/5 .

Eh memang normal lah! Kat 37 weeks, baby dah dropping down ke pelvis area preparing untuk labour, jadi rasa ngilu-ngilu macam period cramps tu very common, tapi kena tau bedanya between Braxton Hicks (false contractions) dengan actual labour contraction ye. One of my mum friends cakap dia pun rasa sakit bawah perut minggu terakhir before she delivered, tapi yang sebenarnya tanda labour adalah contractions yang regular dan makin kerap je, plus kalau ada bloody show ke or air menggugur then time untuk call midwife or g hospital. Since you're so close to your due date, best lah if the pain gets stronger or you're worried, just check in with your doc or midwife, they'll confirm if everything's on track or if it's just baby preparing to come out soon!

Alah tu likely Braxton Hicks je, mama, totally normal at 33 weeks! Perut mengeras sekejap then relax balik, especially kalau banyak gerak or tired. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing around this time dan takde apa-apa serious pun, alhamdulillah. Since baby aktif normal and you're feeling ok, boleh lah relax, but if the tightening jadi painful, frequent, or disertai spotting, better check with your doctor to be safe, okay?

baby biasanya makin besar makin x cukup ruang so pattern kicking or pergerakan dia lain compared to masa dia kecik. as long as dia cukup 10 kicks sehari or pattern kicking dia x lari sgt should be ok. as a guide one kicking per hour la kot sbb hari tu sy tnye gynae sy brp jam xde kicking baru g hosp check? dia ckp 2 jam xde kick

Adoi, gatal masa 9 bulan memang super annoying! A few of my mum friends said mereka rub cool lotion or pakai moisturiser yang gentle, especially after mandi air sejuk, kena avoid anything yang heavy or prickly heat type lah. Yang penting jangan garuk sampai luka sebab infection boleh jadi masalah later, so try to resist even though it's so hard! Since you're so close to delivery, best check with your doctor or midwife cepat-cepat in case ada anything they need to monitor, but most of the time it's just hormones dan kulit yang stretched out je.
