- 2 thìa canh butter
- 100 g pancetta , or thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 350 g spaghetti
- 2 eggs , beaten
- ½ chén Parmesan cheese , freshly grated
- ½ chén pecorino cheese , freshly grated
- Salt and pepper
Cách làm
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain, and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the pancetta and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes, or until garlic turns brown. Discard the garlic; continue cooking the pancetta for another 5 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti to the pan. Remove from heat, and pour in the eggs, ¼ cup parmesan, and ¼ cup pecorino. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well, coating the pasta with the eggs. Add the remaining cheese. Mix again, and serve.
