  • 1 chicken
  • 10 to 15 miếng ginger
  • 8 Spring onion, sectioned
  • 3 thìa canh light soy sauce For marinade
  • 2 thìa canh dark soy sauce For marinade
  • 1 thìa canh oyster sauce For marinade
  • 2/3 Chinese brown sugar, chopped For marinade
  • 2 thìa canh rose wine For marinade
  • 1/2 thìa canh pure sesame oil For marinade

Cách làm

  1. Rinse chicken and wipe dry (including the abdomen).
  2. Mix together light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, rose wine and sesame oil. Pat several slices of ginger and some sections of spring onion into the abdomen of chicken. Marinate for at least 12 hours.
  3. Put the remaining ginger and spring onion into an electric rice cooker. Sprinkle over 1 tbsp of oil (extra ingredient) and add in the chicken.
  4. Cover and turn on the rice cooker in rice cooking mode. Cook for about 50 to 60 minutes and serve.
