1/2 tsp Brewer's yeast

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup water

Milk , for a creamier consistency

1-2 tbsps honey

Dried fruits like cherries, cranberries, apricot

Add oats, flax seeds, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and dried fruit to a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and Brewer's yeast and stir.

Microwave on high for three minutes. For best results, stir every minute.

Stir in the honey, nuts and milk until you reach the desired consistency.
