Mango Smoothie for Pregnant Women

- 5 fl oz orange juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup spinach
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
