Iced milk

Pour the coffee, sugar, and water in a mixing bowl

Hot water help to crush and mix the coffee easily

Use a spoon/whisk/hand mixer to stir the mixture together till a meringue-like consistency is achieved

Try twisting or tilting the bowl so that more surface area is created and more fluffiness is attained

Once the mixture is smooth and dense, pour iced milk into a glass and layer this mixture with a spoon
