Baked Fish in Light Lemon Cream Sauce

  • 4 5-6 oz fillets of boneless fish
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 thìa canh unsalted butter
  • 1/4 chén cooking cream
  • 1 1/2 thìa canh lemon juice
  • 1/2 thìa canh Dijon Mustard
  • 1 thìa canh chopped shallots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 lemon slices and parsley for garnish

Cách làm

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/390F
  2. Place fish in a baking dish. Make sure it has space around it. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with cream, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped shallots on the fish and then pour the sauce over.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or just when the fish is cooked.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
