Apple and Cabbage Puree
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- 1 Golden Delicious apple , peeled and grated
- 1 cup red cabbage , finely shredded
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp golden raisins
- In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the apple and cabbage mixture into a food process or blender. Puree until smooth. Add water in increments to achieve desired consistency. Serve.
