No cooking required
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 baby cucumber
- 1 sweet onion
- 3/4 cup cilantro , freshly chopped
- , to taste
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- Peel and chop all vegetables.
- Combine all vegetables well, and toss together.
- Pour the lemon juice and sprinkle salt according to your taste.
- Now, toss again and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
