Alin ang accurate?

Yung friend ko po nagkaroon ng mens June 23-27 , normal bleeding. Month of June 3&4 sla nag conceive ni jowa nya. By July 13, nagpa blood serum test nya it came out positive sya. Pero sa PT negative, sabi po too early pa daw para madetect nang PT. Kung buntis po sya ilang weeks na po kaya?
