Dont be stressed mommy. Set a good example, kung ano food nyo, better if ganun din knya. Pag malapit na meal times dont give snacks na po. Talk to your baby a lot, as in idescribe mo mga ginagawa mo " mama is cooking now, mama is folding clothes, i will go get your toys etc", lessen screentime or no screentime if kaya., use flashcards, educational toys also.
