mild bleeding

hi all. yesterday went for checkup and the doc ‘ expend’ my cervix a little and the gynae says i might have slight bleeding but till today theres still spot bleeding dk issit normal or not plus i dont have any contractions feels also. Should i go to the hospital alrd or should i just wait and observe for a few days more
