Just wondering if you wipe your breast and nipple area before u pump?

Don t use harsh soaps or scrubs to clean the nipple area before pumping, instead rub the area with warm water and a clean cloth before you start to pump. 4. While using the breast pump always start the suction from low to high. Don t start to pump at high speed this can cause nipple pain
