Why do some people have so many carriers?

Similar to how people have a variety of shoes or bags, others also want a variety of carriers to choose from. Others simply collect as a hobby. I have three - SaYa, Boba Wrap and Tula. I still have some designs in my wishlist.

Maybe it's because they feel happy to have a stash? I have only two. A SaYa and a Tula on the way (this week, yay!) and I don't plan to add more, by the way. Stashing carriers is a luxury for me

I think people just love to collect them. I've been looking for one online and with the different designs to choose from, I understand why people cannot just have one carrier.
