Exclusively breastfed kami kaya strictly 6 months pa before kami nag-introduce ng solids. If formula-fed kayo, baka nakitaan na ni pedia ng signs of readiness kaya nya narecommend. Pero you have to be really careful to make sure walang contamination ang food ni baby (just think of how strict formula milk preparation is).
If breasfed baby nyo, then hindi po bf-advocate si pedia nyo 😥 Eitherway, mas advisable pa rin po to wait until 6 months before introducing solids... Doing it earlier kasi, there's quite a lot of risks with not much to gain.
