Changes to sleeping time while on CB

While on CB, I noticed my 4yr old daughter sleeps later than her usual sleeping time. Il put her to bed the same time as before but she’ll just lie down and will be asleep few hours after. Usually after 15-30 mins she is asleep. Now it can take more than an hour. Anyone experiencing the same? I made her exercise earlier today but i guess she need more activities?
