I don't have a specific card to recommend right now, but what I did was call a few banks directly and ask about their healthcare or medical spend promotions, because sometimes they have limited-time cashback or instalment plans that are not advertised openly. It might also be worth checking if your hospital offers any interest-free instalment arrangement with certain cards, because KKH and some private hospitals do partner with banks for that.
