Just been to Megamall and I've seen good padded tanktops available at the department store (3rd fl). If you are also considering the price, SM woman has padded tank tops available in different pastel colors though not V-cut. Uniqlo also has a nice padded tank top--comfy and stretchable. I suggest you try checking out options in SM or Landmark because you get to try and see what fits you best. However, if you really are after getting one online, you may checkout Lazada. :)
