I take them as long as I’m still pumping. Regardless of the supply 😂. I take it like a daily supplement together with my sunflower lecithin. But tbh, at the later stage (as you start to decrease pump sessions), these milk booster (regardless of salmon, Milo, bbt or capsules) don’t really work as well anymore. I take them to stay in denial that it will help “maintain” my supply 😅.
