Hi mommies, today i am 35 weeks plus. I want to know how does contraction feels?

Eh contraction tu macam tight squeezing sensation sa perut, usually starts from the top and moves down, rasa like your whole belly hardening, then relax balik. A few of us tried timing them, and kalau dah consistent every 5 minutes lasting about a minute, that's usually when you head to hospital, tapi best lah you confirm with your doctor or midwife sebab setiap orang berbeda. At 35 weeks, if you're worried about contractions, jangan tunggu, just call your hospital or clinic, better safe than sorry lah at this stage!
