A few of us tried earlier around 4-5 weeks kapag tumitigil na ang bleeding, pero honestly ang daming nag-stress pa rin sa healing, kaya mas comfortable kami mag-expect ng that 6-8 week mark. It really depends din sa how your body bounces back and kung walang complications sa surgery, some mums heal faster, some slower. The key thing is wag mag-rush, go at your own pace lang, walang pressure. But definitely check with your own OB-GYN first para makita nila talaga kung ready ka na, okay? They'll tell you exactly based sa condition ng incision mo.
