Just asking!

Ay, honestly iba-iba talaga kayo ng katawan, but a lot of us waited til around 6 weeks postpartum, that's when doctor usually gives the okay, lalo na if may stitches pa. One of my mum friends though, nag-try sila before that dahil she felt okay na, pero sabi niya it was uncomfortable pa rin kaya nag-stop sila. The safest bet talaga is to follow your OB's advice and listen to your body, kasi if you're still healing or may bleeding pa, it's really not worth it kahit eager na kayo both!
