kahit wala pa pong mens mami pwede na mag pills at basta sure po na di buntis you can start na po, take one pill a day if 8pm ka kahapon 8pm ulit the next and so on.

and addition to that po, abstinence for 7 days po upon starting your pills o kaya pwede po use protection like condom or withdrawal sa 7 days na yan.
