When, how to start taking pills? After buying a pills, when ko dapat siya iinumin? How should pills be taken? Breastfeeding mom po ako. 5months pospartum. Thank you po sa sasagot :>

Go to OB or health center po. Mas maayos po magiging advise sa inyo. Ang pills po kasi kinoconsult yan talaga sa health care professionals. May tamang pills po para sa breastfeeding moms. Libre sa center, please take time to visit and consult.

you're welcome po. :) i always advise na mag visit kahit sa health center kasi iba iba po ang effect ng pills sa atin. pwede rin po kayo offeran ng ibang contraceptive doon. gamitin natin yung free contraception sa center. :)

kahit wala pa pong mens mami pwede na mag pills at basta sure po na di buntis you can start na po, take one pill a day if 8pm ka kahapon 8pm ulit the next and so on.

and addition to that po, abstinence for 7 days po upon starting your pills o kaya pwede po use protection like condom or withdrawal sa 7 days na yan.
