1 year old communications

When does your child starts talking fluently? My 1 year old nearly 2 toddler doesn't talk. She's just mumbling. How to teach her to talk 😅 I talk to her everyday though but she just answer me with her mumbling.

my girl at 18 mths check up, doc refer her to hospital for speech delay.. but i dont think my girl needs help ... buy i just went on with the referral... and actually they found no issues... just that she is a little shy with strangers and wont speak up... aft a few theraphy sessions, it actually spurs her to talk more... and to date, she is already putting 2-3 words together...
